1. The Service

tarots.world provides an interactive, AI-assisted three-card tarot reading experience rendered in 3D. All readings are offered for reflective and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice — psychological, therapeutic, financial, medical, or legal.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You may draw as a guest using a browser cookie. If you sign in, authentication is handled via Google OAuth through Neon Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person — do not create accounts on behalf of others.

3. Credits and Billing

Each reading consumes one credit. Credits are purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once consumed in a reading. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle; unused credits roll over. tarots.world reserves the right to change prices and plan terms with reasonable notice posted on the site.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to automate drawing requests, scrape site content, circumvent billing, or use the service in any way that disrupts its operation for others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The 3D card models, card artwork, visual design, and generated reading text produced by tarots.world are the property of tarots.world. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. tarots.world is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to tarots.world in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
